Sensory Awareness is an exploration of how we move through life, of the organic nature of our structure, of our moment by moment responses to the demands of living.
Our habits, rooted in the past, often prevent us from being fully present and responsive in the moment. Everyday movements rather than exercises, playful explorations, quiet attentiveness rather than effort, take us to a place of renewed engagement with an ever-evolving world.
Sensory Awareness appeals to a wide range of people and professions: therapists, artists, actors, health care professionals, teachers, and more. Its experiential approach means that those new to the practice are on equal ground with those who have practiced for many years.
