The Ground We Share

With Enric Bruguera, Krista Sattler, Gloria Lerin, Mariela Valdez, Stefan Laeng

When we turn outward to explore our world with open curiosity and increasing sensitivity, we are brought into richer contact with our own capacities, our deepest nature. And if we start from the point of inner exploration, we find ourselves awakening outward to a world of wonder, a renewed landscape in which to thrive.  Sensory Awareness is a remarkably simple approach to reconnecting with the living moment. Everyday movements rather than exercises, playful explorations, quiet attentiveness rather than effort, take us to a place of renewed engagement with an ever-evolving world.

Enric Bruguera (Palafrugell, Spain) offers Sensory Awareness workshops in Spain, the USA, Mexico, Chile, Italy, India. Together with his wife, Núria Vives, he runs the Center for Body Pedagogy L’Eix, in Palafrugell (Girona). He is currently President of the Sensory Awareness Leaders Guild. www.enricbruguera.com/

Krista Sattler was a disciple of Charlotte Selver and learned with her for more than 20 years. PhD in Biology and Psychotherapy. For many years she has been teaching Sensory Awareness courses in Austria, Germany and Spain. www.sensoryawareness.at/
