sensing sundays 1Bringing Sensory Awareness into your daily life.

Coming home to ourselves and the world.

Earn up to 7.5 CEUs for LCSWs, LMFTs and Nurses*
For years, we have wanted there to be a way for people to continue to plumb the deep awarenesses that is revealed to them at a Sensory Awareness workshop.  We all need some support for building this practice. This is what we believe Sensing Sundays can offer.
We hope that this community will support you in cultivating the profound awareness, responsiveness and support that is naturally available to all of us, as we open to sensing ourselves and the world around us.
How: Conference calls
Through a series of phone conferences–1 1/2 hours sessions–on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month, you’ll have the chance to deepen your practice.
Downloadable sessions
As a memberof an online sharing group, you can develop a sense of community & connection. Experiments will be led by members of the Sensory Awareness Leader’s Guild and recordings will be available for download, so if you miss a Sunday, you won’t miss a call.
Between sessions, leaders will offer you suggestions and practices that you can easily integrate into your daily life.
The dates for the next series are:
April 10 & 24, 2016
May 8 & 29, 2016
