There’s a way of bringing the practice of Sensory Awareness into your own home, into your daily life, into the streets.
It may puzzle you to see an image from a Black Lives Matter rally on an announcement for a Sensory Awareness class. We chose it because Sensory Awareness is about how we engage with whatever life presents. Sometimes it is simply about coming from sitting to standing. How does it unfold in connection with ground, gravity, and breath? And sometimes it is about how we respond to the cries of the world. Are we there for that? Sensory Awareness can prepare us for such moments.
Whether you live in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, or Australia.
New series begins July 26.

Through a series of six Sensory Awareness classes by phone, you’ll have the chance to anchor your presence and enrich your life.
Location: Your home, your phone.
