Through a series of six Sensory Awareness classes by phone, you’ll have the chance to deepen your practice and enrich your life.
Downloadable sessions: You’ll receive a downloadable audio file for future use, so if you miss a session, you won’t miss the class.
An on-line sharing group: Share your questions, insights and experiences with others.
Guidance by seasoned leaders: All sessions are led by members of the Sensory Awareness Leaders Guild.
Between sessions, Leaders will offer you suggestions and practices that you can easily integrate into your daily life.
Location: Your home, your phone. (There are local numbers for most international callers.)
