Every Saturday (except very occasional exceptions)
11:00 – 11:30 am Eastern US Time (there is often a short sharing time following the session which participants are welcome to stay for or to leave.)
Each week we explore realms of experience. Drawing inspiration from Charlotte Selver, Spiritual practice and the wholistic, integrated physical therapy framework of Postural Restoration, we find quiet and balance as we attune our attention to the fineness of perception.
