Classes in Sensory Awareness
 with Richard Lowe
Ft. Mason Center, Building C, Room 210
Sundays 9:30 am – 12:30 pm. June 5, 12, 19, and 26
$40 per class, $145 for series
First class free for first timers. Drop ins OK

Our senses can help us open to a deeper and more authentic life.

Past participants have described these classes as being very calming, freeing and grounding… and surprisingly fun. All sessions will be appropriate for both new and experienced students.

Richard Lowe

Richard Lowe, LMFT is a psychotherapist in Marin County and is the former Executive Director of the Sensory Awareness Foundation. After many years of study with Charlotte Selver, he was approved by her to lead others in this study over 30 years ago.
