Improving the quality of our sensory perception can help strengthen our fuller vitality and resilience, something which can do much to lessen the debilitating physical and psychological effects of this ongoing pandemic.
In these classes we’ll explore how living more mindfully in our senses (our sense-ability) reconnects us with our natural bodily wisdom and grounds us in feeling more balanced and empowered, becoming more easily capable of coping with the stress of adversity and uncertainty. We’ll combine experiments in Sensory Awareness, mindful movement and confidential journal writing to help deepen and integrate the dynamics of awareness, inner dialogue and creative expression.
