Deepen your capacity for being more fully present and alive…
In these experiential classes we’ll practice exploring how our sensory perception can help us come home to a more grounded and authentic life.
Sensory Awareness is a long respected form of somatic re-education which guides us in rediscovering our more embodied and natural selves. Through deceptively simple sensory and movement explorations that encourage the mind to settle and sensations become clearer, habitual tensions subside and our truer, down-to- earth self becomes more fully awakened.
This is a non-dogmatic, self-empowering study that can do much to help nurture your fuller potential and greater presence. Many students find it a valuable enhancement to meditation, psycho-therapy, creative expression and much more.
All sessions will be appropriate for both new and experienced students. Some use of journal writing may be used to help with the deepening of awareness.
