Embracing Your True Nature

A Workshop in Sensory Awareness
May 13 – 15, 2016

Vallombrosa Retreat Center, Menlo Park, CA

Starts Friday at 6 p.m. (Check in from 4-6). Ends Sunday at 3.

Come explore deep connection to yourself
………and the world around you.

Come explore the rich terrain of your senses. Rediscover a more mindful and deeply alive connection with life as it is in the present moment. Whether you are new to this work or have years of experience, there is always something unique and fresh to discover. This dynamic approach can enrich your daily life, enhance meditative practices and become a constant source of wisdom and learning.

Sensory Awareness is an experiential practice that honors the power and mystery of our most basic birthright: the deep, responsive connection to ourselves and the world through an attentive awareness of our sensory experience. As we participate in simple sensory experiments, our limiting thoughts, preconceptions and tensions begin to fall away. We become more fully embodied and engaged in what we are doing and in how we meet the world around us.
