Coming home to ourselves and the world around us.

Bring Sensory Awareness into daily living with Sensing Sundays

How? Sensing Sundays’ Conference calls!

Finally, there’s a way to bring the practice of Sensory Awareness into your own home, into the moments of your daily life.

Have you ever been to one of our workshops and wished there was someone in your area who was offering Sensory Awareness?

Have you been curious about Sensing and wanted an opportunity to experience it?

Maybe you are a long time student of Sensory Awareness, but you want more support for cultivating presence in your everyday life.

New and old students alike report that Sensing Sundays increases their awareness and engagement in activities of daily life, opens them up to new ways of experiencing and supports an ongoing practice that builds trust in their innate wisdom and connection to the world.

Thank you, Oluk. You will find some free audio files on our website under “Media & On-line Store”. They are of Sensory Awareness experiments led by wonderful leaders in this work. Feel free to listen and participate with them as a guide. I wish you all the best.
